CRMs help people manage customer relationships. They do not focus on specific goal achievement. This is the primary difference between a CRM and CRMs don’t pay attention to goals and the necessary activity levels to reach them in a specific amount of time, but manages qualified prospects to appointments, to sales-in-progress, to completed sales.
